CloudFocus.live does not process online payments through the website. In rare cases where payments are involved, they are handled offline through direct communication. Therefore, all refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
We encourage you to contact us before claiming the refund.
A refund may be considered under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate payment made by mistake
- Cancellation request submitted before the start of the training
- Inability to attend training due to valid and verifiable reasons
- Refund request submitted within a reasonable timeframe after payment or enrollment
Refunds will generally not be provided in the following cases:
- After attending or completing a training session or workshop
- Failure to attend without prior notice
- Change of mind after enrollment
- Partial attendance in any training program
If CloudFocus.live cancels any training or workshop, participants may be offered:
- A full refund, or
- The option to reschedule for a future session
If a refund is approved, it will be issued through the original payment method or another mutually agreed method. Processing time may vary depending on the payment mode and communication timelines.
